Yes — and we'd rather you hear it here than discover it mid-draft. Every plan includes a daily AI allowance sized so normal work doesn't notice it: Free covers about one typical proposal's worth of AI each day, Pro raises the allowance for heavier work, and the allowance resets at midnight UTC. Each proposal also has its own AI budget — cumulative for the life of that proposal, not resetting — and unlocking a proposal lifts the daily gate for it, so a larger AI budget is what applies from then on.
